At Db Journey Norway, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused items within 100 days of delivery.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is securely protected for transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
